I want to render for 1080 and put it on the media player internal drive and go. I am currently not interested doing YouTube or Vimeo for the final output. I don't want to spend many days or weeks putting together a "documentary" for friends and family to watch. Like I said, I am filming trial riding with nice scenery. I am not interested in producing a cinematic masterpiece (at this time). I do want good quality, same as input? Well that might be asking to much for how much time I want to spend editing and rendering. I will be sending the rendered video to the HDTV via a media player. Lower than the camera records in anyway.Īm I not suppose to try to match the render output bit-rate to the camera recorded bit-rate? The available bit-rates for these and maybe other choices seem low. The media player will do both, but the HDTV's may only do 60i?

The 60i and 60p is still a little confusing. In Sony Vegas looking at Sony AVC/MVC, is my only real "option" to modify the "Internet 1920x1080-60p"? In Sony Vegas looking at MainConcept MPEG-2, is my only real "option" to modify the "Blu-ray 1920x1080-60i, 28 Mbps video stream" template? My question is, what render setting should I use to get the best quality for display on HDTV's? (Loaded question I know) The camera is mounted on the ATV front rack via RAM mounts. I am filming ATV riding on trails and such. And I do believe that I will want the output at 1080p at 60fps (well, 59.94) I believe that I will stay with wide-view.
